We think so, especially at the very best, the Top Ten. So we set out to ask the people who work there just what puts those ten companies at the top of the heap; not surprisingly, common themes of excellent benefits, terrific training, open channels of communication and even free lunch were some of the commonalities among these diverse workplaces.

1. SAS
